What do I do if I need a maintenance issue resolved outside of office hours?
Should you require maintenance work after Good Real
Estate’s office hours you will need to refer to your
Tenancy Agreement Terms & Conditions as you may be
liable for the payment of a tradesperson if it is not
considered an emergency. You need to be sure the problem is
an emergency and not something that could wait until you
can discuss it with your property manager within the normal
